At the core of all this is YOU, the customer. Ours is a pledge to uphold the great values of accountability, transparency, loyalty, partnership, quality, professionalism, and the continuous development of technical knowledge within the entire Optace Networks team to keep delivering the best value possible to you.

In fact, in the last one year, we have made great strides in advancing our technical knowledge to serve you at the level you need:

  1. Our team has attended professional development training in sales and customer service.
  2. Our team has also gained several technical credentials for improved service delivery.
  3. We have adopted state of the art marketing technologies to streamline our relationships and communication, effectively improving our response time from 2 – 3 hours to under 30 minutes.
  4. We have built better mapping for our clients, relative to their industries, to ensure we match our products and services to your specific needs.
  5. We have also been receptive to customer feedback and taken the necessary action about it. For instance, we have doubled our riders within Nairobi and we still aim to maintain and improve on our standard overnight delivery outside of Nairobi.

All this means your needs are fulfilled on both a technical and operational level.

Better yet, we’ve also  built a sustainability unit to extend the life cycle of network equipment and devices. With this, we will be able to serve you even beyond the lifecycle of the products we sell to you. So our commitment to you is also a commitment to the environment.
